This is one of my latest pieces. When finished the recessed areas will have leather straps in them and to whole piece will be displayed on a leather pillow.

Testing new materials

Here are some material studies I have been working with.  So far I have tried casting plastic and rubber. I feel there are a lot of ways I could incorporate these materials within my ceramic work.

Rubber Mold and Flocking

This is a piece that I am working on for mold making. I am attempting to make a rubber mold of piece so that I am able to cast my work in multiple different materials. 

 This lil guy below was a piece I made a while ago and finally just finished. I originally had big plans for his pillow that didn't pan out, sooo I flocked it.
